When can I expect my order?
Orders for ready to ship sets are processed in 48 hours. Shipping first class package takes 5-7 business days. Orders with customizations take 10-14 business days to process, and also ship first class package. However, many customers report receiving their orders in about 3- 4 days from receiving their tracking number.
Do you offer custom orders?

I want to change something about the design you offer. Can I request color change or the addition of other art to the nails I’m interested in?
We do try to accommodate every request for changes in the nail art, but please understand that this directly affects pricing. Changes made are considered custom orders, and these are priced higher than an already made item. We keep this in mind and try to add other elements in all of our listings so you can customize your set to your wishes.
You don’t offer a length or style I like. Will you be offering it in the future?
We keep up with the needs of our customers, and offer a variety of lengths and styles. We monitor the nail market closely to keep our stock up to date and include or discontinue the nail tip styles we carry as necessary.
Do you offer rush service?
There are times when our customers just need their nails and need them now. If this is the case for you, just send a quick message to Orders@GlamourNailsbyLeda.com, and we can work with you. We can rush an order under certain circumstances, but please know you are cutting in line and delaying the orders that are already being worked on. Not only is this unfair to our other customers, but you are running a chance of getting a nail set that is ruined.
How about if get my nails and they are broken or ruined?
We don’t offer exchanges or returns but are willing to work with you to replace your set. However, if you requested a rush order, understand that you are agreeing to risking getting a ruined set and these orders cannot be replaced or refunded.
What material is used to make your nail blanks?
We buy our nail tips from suppliers who use the highest quality ABS plastic.
Some of my nail tips seem shorter or flimsier than others, what happened?
We have no control over the quality of the nail blanks the manufacturer makes. Sometimes the manufacturer makes mistakes and send us blanks that are not to our standards. We use the nail tips from lots like these to create nail sets to place up for auction on our eBay. The flaws don’t affect the overall look of the nails and they are still wearable. Since this can happen, we always welcome feedback on the sets that you order from us. This way we can provide it to the manufacturers and help them improve the blanks.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only offer international shipping through eBay and Etsy.
What will I get when I order a nail set?
You will receive your nail set along with a 2 gram tube of generic nail glue, a mini nail file, an instruction sheet, and our business card.
